ORDER & DELIVERY
1. Prices and payment terms
Milasong through www.milasong.com , sells its products at the prices and conditions indicated at the time of payment of the order, regardless of any subsequent modification to the order and prior to delivery.
Packaging and delivery costs are invoiced according to the weight per shipment, according to the postal rates in force.
Prices are inclusive of VAT according to the rates in force.
Payment is made according to the terms available on the site at the time of the order, before delivery (possibility of payment in our premises by appointment).
2. Order and confirmation
All orders are placed on the website www.milasong.com , electronically at info@milasong.com, or by phone at +41 78 764 95 09.
The contract is concluded when Milasong sarl has confirmed the order electronically. This confirmation indicates the products to be delivered, an indicative delivery date and the total price paid (VAT, handling and delivery costs included).
3. Delivery
No delivery restriction subject to the price of transport. The delivery date mentioned in the order confirmation is only indicative, and the actual delivery date depends entirely on the service of a third party partner. Consequently, a possible delay in delivery cannot give rise to the cancellation of the order.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering.
3. Risk transfer
Our products are reduced to family and private use. The plastic packaging received on delivery is not a toy and should not be left within the reach of a child. Any inappropriate use of the bag and its packaging resulting in a risk cannot be subject to any complaint.
The risks of damage to the goods or of loss pass to the customer at the time of delivery, regardless of whether the customer is present for its reception.
In this case, the products will be left at the door or at a post office, according to the methods chosen when filling out the delivery form.
RETURN & GUARANTEE
1. Acceptance of delivery
We take great care in the manufacture of our suitcases. The customer is required to immediately notify Milasong by email if a delivered product is defective. In such a case, a proof of default will be attached to the email and, once the complaint elements have been validated, a credit note will be established in favor of the customer.
2. Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed for 2 years subject to normal use by the consumer and except for any wear relating to the use of our suitcase.
